Great staff. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Had to upgrade to a bigger room to fit an air mattress in. They provided the air mattress as I had a last minute change to just myself traveling alone to a dependent joining me. The room was very cozy and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was okay, nothing hot was provided but a pancake maker was available. The muffins and bagels were delicious. Easy to navigate to and from. Would stay again if ever in the area.

This was a pretty nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. They had a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms, which come in handy if your traveling. The lights work a little different, but once you figure them out they're pretty efficient. Big showers, which were nice. They even serve breakfast down in the lobby which was a surprise, although we didn't get to try it. The lobby is clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff were all very pleasant and nice and always happy to help if they could. Would definitely stay here again if needed. Price wasn't too bad, but a little more than expected.

We stayed 2 nights and 2 days. The whole staff were amazing, polite and welcoming. Our room had a smell but appeared clean. The bed slept comfortably, the sheets were clean and so was the bathroom and sink areas. It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The temperature settings worked great! Maybe the carpet needed cleaning, not sure if that was why there was a smell. With my own spray we managed. There was breakfast, not the usual complimentary food but better than nothing. I’m not sure if this is the reason for the price being more than the other Base Inns that we’ve stayed in? The receptionist didn’t know why this one costs more. Thankfully there’s places near by to buy what you want to eat and I feel safe staying on Base.

Excellent! Very nice! Breakfast needs to step up and add GF options. Lovely dining area. First stay 5 Star. Room one week later needs mattress replaced.

Very nice Inn, definitely above average. Updated appearance and very clean. I took away a star because the breakfast needs improvement. So many choices these days, offerings should be better.

5 Stars - Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service! I recently stayed at Scott's Inn and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming service. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The rooms are updated, clean, and well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I was particularly pleased with the cleanliness of my room—everything felt fresh, and the modern decor added a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for a pleasant stay. The customer service was fantastic throughout my visit. Any time I needed assistance or had a question, the staff was ready and willing to help with a smile. Their friendly and professional demeanor really stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. The only minor downside to my stay was the breakfast. While it was convenient to have breakfast included, the options were a bit limited—mainly cold eggs and cereal. It would have been nice to have a few more hot breakfast choices. However, the quality of the rooms and service more than made up for it, and I would still highly recommend Scott’s Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, updated room with excellent service, Scott's Inn is a fantastic choice. Just be prepared for a simple breakfast, and you’ll have a great experience!
